  • Academic Programs-how do we assist with implementation? How does faculty decide to participate? What is the process/system? Quasi-incubator process—pair with mentors.
  • Finding our brand. Where do we focus?
  • Creating the marketing plan based on the strategic plan. Timing is good to finish the strategic plan and build the marking plan around it.
  • How to lift up some of the initiatives we are already doing-interdisciplinary?
  • Residential life-what does it mean for us as we look to grow? What is our definition? What does community mean to us?
